The hotel is also home to one of Cardiff’s favourite restaurants, R.P Culley and Co. Inspired by the local philanthropist who held the catering contract for The Exchange Restaurant, this luxurious venue is the ideal backdrop to an unforgettable wedding celebration.

Like Culley, we are hugely proud of our restaurant and Welsh heritage, offering only the finest, locally sourced ingredients from the most prestigious suppliers.
